Dawn Goodridge | Broker
Dawn Goodridge, Broker, is the Lead with the Top Ottawa Homes team Originally from Nova Scotia, Dawn moved to Ottawa in her early years but still enjoys trips “back home”. After careers in accounting and human resources, including with the federal government, Dawn turned to Real Estate in 1993 and hasn’t looked back! Along with her husband Ed, they raised three successful children in Kanata after starting their early lives in Gloucester. With this many years of experience, Dawn has sold properties from Winchester to Renfrew and she particularly enjoys working with investors who are looking to buy & hold. Understanding the minute details of the Residential Tenancies Act (RTA) from the selection of an appropriate property, to the tenant vetting process, to the on-going landlord relationship and maintenance is something she enjoys sharing her knowledge of. Whether buying or selling, first time buyer or experienced client, Dawn enjoys all aspects of the Real Estate Transaction! Dawn offers you many years of award winning professionalism and dedication in the Real Estate industry. Sheldon Goodridge, BA, CRA, P.App, is a Sales Representative with the Team who really enjoys working with first time home buyers. Since joining the Team in 2012, he developed a particular interest in the appraisal aspect of buying and selling and became an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. A graduate of Trent University, he particularly enjoys the research and pricing side of real estate & sees every real estate transaction as a puzzle that can be solved with reason and deduction with all the additional tools available to him, particularly as a Residential Appraiser, an added value not many can claim! Born and raised in the west end of Ottawa, Sheldon brings his real estate experience, enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism to the Team. After successfully flipping his most recent property, Sheldon now lives in Old Ottawa South and enjoys being a soccer referee, playing hockey, cooking & board games.

Sheldon Goodridge, CRA, P.App | Sales Representative
Ed Goodridge is originally from England and emigrated to Canada with his large family and happily settled in Ottawa! He eventually attended post-secondary education and had a long and successful career in the high tech sector. After taking early retirement during the economic downturn, he embarked on a 2nd successful career as a sales specialist at a local big box store. As his kids said, “he did retirement so nice, he did it twice” as he recently retired from the sales job to assist the Team with his unique skill set! When not working on home renovations for his own home and those of his kids’, Ed can be found on the soccer field as a referee, cheering on the Sens, on the golf course and traveling!
